This policy explains what information we receive, why we use it and how you can request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell personal data.

Information we may receive
- Name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number
- Business name, type, city, country, goals, budget range and enquiry notes
- Stripe payment reference, order status and account information if you sign in
How we use and store information
We use information to review enquiries and orders, coordinate and deliver approved services, provide support and reports, and improve the website. Orders and intake information are stored in Supabase with row-level access controls. Stripe processes card payments; TablighYar does not store full card numbers.
WhatsApp and service providers
WhatsApp messages are handled under Meta/WhatsApp policies. Messages are optional. Data is retained only while needed for service, support or legal obligations.
Cookies and measurement
Essential storage supports language, currency, login and security. With your consent, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure page visits, enquiries, checkout events and successful payments. We do not send your name, email address or telephone number in those events.
Campaign identifiers such as gclid and UTM parameters may be retained in your browser for up to 90 days. Your consent choice is retained for six months. Analytics and advertising tools remain disabled until you choose “Accept”.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion through English contact and support. No internet service can be completely secure, so send sensitive information only through agreed official channels.
