Fixed packages are paid through Stripe in the displayed currency. Payment begins review and coordination; it is not permission for immediate execution. Custom and website projects are reviewed and quoted before payment.

No campaign, SEO change, publication or third-party platform spend occurs without your express approval. We use official access methods and do not request account passwords.

Eligible advertising, monthly local SEO and website projects have the specific remedies described in our refund and guarantee policy. We do not promise a specific Google ranking, sales count or revenue amount.

Monthly SEO Starter, Growth and Pro packages have the one-off setup fee shown before purchase. Advertising packages have no separate setup fee. Media spend is paid from your own Google or Meta account and remains separate from our management fee.

Stripe processes online payments. Refund eligibility follows the published refund policy. We work with reasonable care but are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or outcomes controlled by third-party platforms. Unless local law requires otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
